Vesa also arranges fishing trips to the Äkäsjoki River, Tornion-Muonionjoki River and Lainionjoki River in Sweden.
If your only goal is to get a big salmon or a record-sized fish no matter what the price, please call somewhere else.
If you would like to experience something special in nature and on water, however, please continue reading. When you take part in one of Vesa’s trips, you can even get fish (!), but the main thing is to enjoy the experience and maybe learn something new.
At Äkäsjoki River we fish from the shore or by wading in the river.
At Tornion-Muonionjoki River we fish from the boat, by rowing or throwing, at Lainio in Sweden also from the shore.
All the trips are custom planned, the size of the group may be six people at maximum; when rowing salmon, there are places for two people and the guide in the boat.
At Äkäsjoki River the season is from 1st June until 10th September
At Tornion-Muonionjoki River from 10th of June until 15th of September
(salmon fishing until 15th of August)
At Lainio River from 1st June until 30th September
(salmon fishing until 30th August)
Vesa is available for rowing the boat on trips to Tornion-Muonionjoki River,
fee per hour is 40€, including VAT, boat and fishing gear.
