When you have made a reservation for
"Ylläksen Yöpuu” , we will send you a confirmation of reservation.
The reservation is valid, when you have paid the pre-payment.
If there is less than 7 weeks time for the reserved date, or
the cost of reservation is less than € 200, we will not send you a pre-payment request. You have to pay the whole amount at once, until the final payment date requested.
Very important:
All our cottages are non-smoking area. If somebody has smoked inside, we have to charge you additionally € 500.
Final cleaning is included in the price, but we are sure you would like to leave the cottage as you found it.
Check in time is at 2.00 p.m. (14.00)
Check out time is at 10.00 a.m.
We try to be flexible reg. these times, but during the high season it is unfortunately not possible.
The rental price includes:
Toilet and household paper, fire wood, linen* (*except in case of special rates), rowing boats on lake Äkäslompolo,
bikes, beach, ski maintenance room, sledges and a an additional equipment for children.
The cottages have an electronic plug for car heating, please contact us, if you need extensions.
Finland has very strict rules reg. drinking & driving, for any doubts contact us, we have a “alcohol measurer”.
If something is missing/gets broken, please inform us immediately, so we can replace/repair it.
In order to ensure you a nice vacation:
Upon your arrival, please read all information available in the cottage. Special maps are sold for cross country tracks.
